No. 50 of 100 copies of this artists’ edition issued to accompany an exhibition by the artists' group 'Com Trust' at Titanik gallery in Turku, Finland. Two years later , in January 1992, the group staged an expedition to Rovaniemi, Lapland, a city in the Arctic Circle, and officially the hometown of Santa Claus. There, with the assistance of around 40 Finnish soldiers, they erected a snow-building on the frozen Ounasjoki River. Within the structure they placed examples of their 'electrographic' (copy art) work which had been frozen in ice. These were lit by candle and moonlight as the event took place during the dark season, when there is no sunrise in the Arctic Circle.
