All-American is an on-going yearly arts journal series, which features previously unpublished work by Weber, occasionally with other archival and commissioned work. Little Bear Press is named after Weber’s dog Little Bear, who passed away in 2000. Issue 7 is dedicated to the American South, and includes the work of civil rights movement photographers Charles Moore, James Karales, and Ernest Withers; a tribute to Southern writers; features on Gram Parsons, and Kentucky-born socialite Countess Mona Bismarck; and Weber’s photographs of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade in Liberty City, Miami, and more.

Barry Lategan is a fashion and advertising photographer who opened his studio in London in 1965. He is a long-time contributor to Vogue, and is perhaps best known for discovering Twiggy and taking the iconic first portraits of her in 1966.
