First edition. Yukichi Watabe is little-known Japanese photographer who, in 1958, was granted special permission to follow a police detective as he investigates the ‘dismembered-corpse case’, as it came to be known. His noir-like photographs were re-discovered, and sequenced into an atmospheric narrative by Diane Dufour and Xavier Barral.
