Michaël Amzalag and Mathias Augustyniak established their graphic design studio M/M (Paris) in 1992. Their longstanding clients and collaborators include fashion designers Yohji Yamamoto, Jil Sander, Nicolas Ghesquière, Balenciaga and Givenchy; musicians such as Björk, Madonna, and Kanye West; and artists including Sarah Morris, Philippe Parreno and Pierre Huyghe. They have also art directed magazines including French Vogue, Interview Magazine, Purple Fashion, and Arena Homme +. M/M’s work is held in the public collections of Tate Modern in London, the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, the Centre Pompidou, Paris and the MMK/Museum für Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt.
